Click "Alternate Checkout". Input your personal information. If you live outside of the US just enter anything in the State and Zip fields, if they are not applicable, and you will be able to get to the next page to enter your PAY PAL information.
What do I if I do not have a State or Zip?
If you are placing an order outside of the US, just enter anything into the State and Zip fields to get to the next screen. You can repeat your city and enter 11111. Any 'substitute' will work; we personally read and ship the orders.
